Our brokerage/commission will be charged on final deal amount.

2% on property value upto  1Cr.
3% on property value upto  75 lac.
4 % on  property value upto  50 lac
and  5 % on property value below 25 lacs.
Commmission shall be released with every part of  payment done for property as %  mentioned in  agreement of payment.
